I really wanted to love this place because the staff is genuinely kind…that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
My first experience was extremely disappointing. The technician was rough and dismissive, and my eyebrows turned out poorly. The manager was very apologetic and kind, which convinced me to give them another chance with a different technician.
My second visit was a completely different story. Cassie did an amazing job, and I was genuinely happy with my results.
For my third appointment, I specifically requested Cassie. When I arrived, I was told she was unexpectedly out, but that I’d be in good hands with someone who trained her. It was also mentioned that she “read my notes” and told me that I “liked a more gentle hand”. While I’m sure the intent was in the right place, as a customer, that comment made me extremely uncomfortable. The technician was friendly and took time to ask what I wanted, which I appreciated. However, during the service, she repeatedly went over the same areas, mentioning I had “stubborn hairs.” As someone newer to sugaring, I trusted her judgment.
Unfortunately, once I got home and my brows settled back into their natural shape, I noticed a significant gap between them, and they were uneven in both shape and size. On top of that, my skin was left red, raw, and even scabbed in the areas she repeatedly worked on.
I gave this place multiple chances because of how kind the staff is, but after this experience, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.

This was one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to tanning. I met the owner and expressed to her that I was leaving out of town and needed a tan to last over a week with swimming & showers etc
Let me tell you I’m back from Miami and it had lasted. I am so excited to share pictures soon! 💕 Thank you so much Sugar Sugar Queen Creek for everything you did in such a short time. The tan came out amazing with all the instructions and tips you gave. Seriously, if you are in Az hit up the owner! She’s incredible!

I honestly have to say I am very disappointed with the spray tan I received. It is so streaky, heavy in some areas, very orange, there is a missing area on my arm. Not pleased at all and this cost $54. I wish I would have done my at home self tanner honestly and save myself the money. I didn't realize the body scrub was going to be just a dry brush, I could have done that at home prior. Overall, very unsatisfied especially when this place has a 5 star review and the price.

This was my first time doing sugaring and Brynna was SO AMAZING!!! She was so kind and explained things to me, and her vibes were immaculate. She was super thorough and made sure to get everything, and she made me comfortable the whole time (which is a feat when you’re all exposed!)
She was also amazing in that she told me that my hair might be too short and didn’t just do it anyway to charge more. She was totally game to try though (:
I am so excited that I’ve found my person for this!! I rescheduled with her immediately for a month out.
Love love love and highly recommend Sugar Sugar and specifically Brynna!
