The staff at Ritzy are great and they treat my little guy so well and have groomed him since he was a puppy. We are moving out of state and will miss Ritzy a lot. We are hoping our new groomers will be half as competent as the staff at Ritzy, you can tell they enjoy what they do.

Ritzy Grooming is the best! I had resorted to grooming my dogs myself and I am not even a tiny bit gifted in this area! It was so hard to get appointments and the last groomer I went to booked my appointments for the remainder of the year, but they would change them at the last minute. When we arrived for our October appointment, it had mysteriously vanished from their schedule. I was offered a new appointment 4 weeks out, so I started grooming them myself.
Fast forward to the 3rd week of April and I was dreading the haircutting. I happened to look online and found Ritzy Grooming. Miraculously they had appointments available for the following week!... read full review

Best groomer in QC/ST! I’ve been coming here for over a year and consistently have reliable service! You pick up your dog exactly one hour after drop off every time which I love. The staff is very friendly, pricing seems fair. Plus my doggy always comes home with a little bow! ?
From time to time I do find a missed hair knot behind the ear but it is more than worth it for the speed and price of grooming for her.
