I've been going there the past year and I have had nothing but great experiences. I've met several of the managers and staff here, and they are always super informative and respectful. Some of these complaints sound super personal. But I love this location.

Convenient vaccination service for our dog. Friendly staff. Great membership program. We have been PetSmart customers for a while, but will choose Petco instead from now on!

Am not impressed. I ordered the home delivery service because it came with a $26 discount on my first order of a 35 lb bag. I received a 47 lb bag of the puppy version, so I cant use it. I drove it to the Queen Creek store and at first they tried to charge me the discount difference of $26 and I argued a bit. Then they charged me the tax difference. I need an alternative.
