I took my 8 month old puppy to get groomed for the first time. Natasha did amazing! I love his cut and him being the little wiggle worm that he is, did amazing with her. And she did amazing with him. I’m so glad I took him to her and will definitely continue taking him.

So I do not post reviews often, but in this case I will. I work in a world of referrals in real estate and understand the importance of them. I reached out last week via phone call and text. I called first and her voicemail was completely filled up, so I resorted to texting. I am posting the full picture of our conversation so that there is transparency in why I am giving this review. My dog is in need of a hair cut especially with temperatures breaking above 115 degrees. She told me that she could do the job, and I took her word for it. Now after wasting several days and I am moving on to find someone else that will actually respond.

Would have been first time client for my 2 dogs. She canceled appointment at 1053 (appointment was at 1100). Rescheduled another appointment for 3 days later, and she never confirmed time. I called and text but nothing. The few texts I ever got, extremely immature, nonprofessional person.
