Off the Top Barbershop is the SPOT!!! I’ve tried many barbers in the Arizona area and Jorge is by far the best. I’m very picky with who cuts my hair and he’s the best barber I’ve ever had hands down. He’s meticulous, caring, easy going, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. He listens and executes every time with consistency. I highly recommend Jorge and Off The Top Barbershop!
