Would 10/10 recommend taking yoga teacher training at Motto Yoga! The studio as a whole is amazing. The owners are very sweet and welcoming. All of the teachers are very insightful and encouraging. Kelli P. really made my experience feel meaningful and special. Kelly G. shared so much knowledge, was hands on and always gave so much support. Our program was put together very intentionally and was well rounded. It truly was everything I wanted/needed and more. If you’re looking for a sign to jump all in to yoga teacher training this is it!

Motto yoga has been an answer to my prayers. I struggled for years with health issues which rendered me bedridden, on and off, for months at a time. I had very little strength and had no idea how to move forward in my life and had no idea how to get my strength, confidence, and life back. My life took a turn, for the better, when my daughter took a free class at Motto and recommended I try a class at Motto Yoga, so I did. The owners, Taryn, Tanya, and Dave helped me figure out which classes to take and welcomed me in such a lovingly, warm manner that helped me feel so at ease.
