I have been a member of Massage Envy for 15+ years. I have visited many of their locations around where I have lived. The Mesa / Signal Butte location is BY FAR the best I have ever encountered. I appreciate the professionalism, courteousness, kindness, respect, and understanding I have received from every employee. I will continue to choose this location, even though it's more than twice as far as the one by my home.

I've been a member of Massage Envy for 18 years but ever since I've lived next to this location I have grown to not like Massage Envy as much as I once did. I dislike dealing with the front desk computer system. I want to be notified of my Massage the same day and be given an appointment card every time. I work multiple jobs and am quick to forget. For me Massage Envy is like necessary maintenance to keep my back from having problems, I don't like getting massages. It's not some fun spa day for me, I get them bc I need them. I wish you also had a standby system so that if someone cancels I could potentially take their time slot. Like if a 90min canceled... read full review

Per usual my experience was great. Chelle listened and addressed my specific aches and pains and was a delight. Alyssa at the front desk was informative, efficient and very helpful.
