I’m new to AZ and this is the first and only nail salon I’ve frequented. I saw the smooth transition of ownership and have to say the new owner is SO sweet and accommodating (I didn’t have the experience of meeting the previous owner). The staff is always cheerful and friendly and all truly seem to love their jobs. The point system is awesome and so are the complimentary snacks and waters. 5 stars and highly recommend!

Gem Luxe Nail Lounge is the greatest. I have visited a lot of nail salons searching for one I like and Gem Luxe has won me over as a Lifetime Customer. Not only were they friendly but they made sure I was clear on the services offered and the prices. All Nail salons are friendly and most give good service but being honest and upfront with their customers is not something they are known for. That is why I am now choosing Gem Luxe as my go to 4 Life. Thank you Tina, Lung and to the receptionist/ Front desk Manager. 5 ⭐️
