First time boarder in YEARS so I was nervous about dropping off my two rescue pups. Their intake process is comprehensive, and as a result I felt completely comfortable placing my pups there for the multiple days while I was traveling. I was able to see them online each day through the posted videos, which was a HUGE help for my own mental health. When I picked them up, there were no behavioral changes; they immediately fell back into their normal daily routines. This let's me know that they had a positive experience at Bill's. Will use them again!!

My wife and I love this place. We have a Pit Bull and Boxer mix. Most places separate him from other dogs because he is a pitbull mix. Bill's let's him play with other dogs that have similar temperaments a few times a day. They have a great outside area for the dogs. When they are outside, Bill's has a minimum of two people watching them. The staff also knows all the dogs names. They also video the dogs and post the videos. We spent three weeks in Europe, we watched multiple videos a day of our dog that they posted. We came home to a dog that weighed the same as when we left. Thanks for taking such wonderful care of Jiggs.

I had concerns about boarding my dog for the first time they explained everything gave us a tour of the place and even got her acclimated to some of the dogs that she'll be around I felt very comfortable and was assured that she would be in good hands
