Best optometrist I’ve ever had. Very caring and understanding, decent prices, and great atmosphere. I’ve had problems with my eyes for years and Dr. Willard always is able to help me out.
I needed a new prescription. I was one of the last appointments on a Friday. The appointment lasted about 8 minutes. I got my prescription. In and out.Not necessarily the best eye exam I've ever had. She seemed interested in moving on to her next customers and getting done with her day, which I understand.Great if you just need a quick prescription. Wait seems to be about 2 weeks. They got me in sooner after asking to be on a cancellation list.
8/03/22-COSTCO-Dr. Willer Optometry-Apologize for the delay in this review. For it not for Dr. Willer & Shannon's quick response and ability to get me in to take pictures of eyes I may have gone blind, due to the discovery of a Detached Retina. Not only were they awesome, professional and very nice, but they got me in right away and were able to refer me to Premier Eye Center in Prescott the next day, which also was another step to prevent me from going blind, now over 3 months later I'm STILL so grateful for their actions.
