What a wonderful team and vet Dr Johnson! My 4 yr old cat Bilbo was just not feeling well (vomiting, lethargic, loose stool) and since we had just move here I did not have a vet yet so off to the urget care we go. The staff was VERY kind, caring and professional! The staff was informative, gave me prices of everything before starting and believe me the prices were very fair, then with Dr Johnson we came up with a treatment plan. My little orange fluff nugget was feeling better in no time! Thank you so much for caring for Bilbo. PS he is back eating, playing and causing havoc with his brother LOL
Today was one of the hardest days of our lives. We had to put our little guy down. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Dr Frost was very honest, compassionate and kind during the entire process. She and the staff were very clear and explained everything to us. They all took time with us and never made us feel rushed or left with questions. The professionalism, love and empathy was incredible. They gave us time to spend with our family as we made the decision and discussed all options. They gave us a small token of remembrance with his paw print and name. I would without a doubt highly recommend them and will continue to bring our other dogs there. Thank you so much UPP for everything you did for our family today and having such dignity and love for our little guy in his last minutes. We will be forever grateful.
We were visiting from out of town our dog was not putting any weight on her hind right leg I called 1st prior to bringing her in to see what they thought since if we should wait until we got back home or bring her as she just had surgery a little over a month ago for a mast cell removal on same leg. I was told to bring her in so they can check. From the minute I walked in everyone was so friendly & nice. Dr. Frost examined my dog & discovered the problem not being related to the surgery she had a ligament injury she believed she could do X-rays but it wouldn't change the treatment plan she would be recommending gave me the option for X-rays or not which was nice. I decided to hold off on X-rays and do the 2 weeks rest & pain/anti inflammatory medication and see her vet in 2 weeks for follow-up. Highly recommend if your pet has any non life threatening happen & you can't get into your vet or for me who's vet was not local & several hours away
