Reliable, honest, and forthright in their approach to service. I was extremely hesitant to "cut the cable", or in my case, the service from DirecTV, however, with little inconvenience, I did and am very pleased with the result. A significant saving even when considering streaming add ons. I live in an area of Prescott that has issues with hills and a sight line for me to acquire a good signal for over the air TV, yet Arizona Tv Worx was able to add a booster and provide service for up to four TV's.

I have a 60 year old Gibson tube type guitar amplifier that was broken. The soonest I could get anyone in Phoenix to look at it was 4 weeks. Arizona Tv Worx took it in the same day I called and had it analyzed the same day with a hard cost to repair. They had it fixed the next day. Thank you Chris and James for the great service.

Arizona tvworx has helped us in many ways. We now are saving a lot of $. We now have an antenna and also a dvr ( Sling) which James installed and patiently explained how to use. He even came out again to explain a problem we created and again explained patiently what went wrong and how to fix it ourselves if it ever happened again. We have more tv shows and movies to watch than we could have imagined. Thanks tvworx. Great company to have in Prescott.
