Mark cut my hair today and did a great job. I previously visited the PV location and didn't get a good cut, also felt a bit rushed. Glad a received the 50% off coupon for a MVP because after the positive experience with Mark I will continue to be a customer at this location.

Would you please take a few extra seconds to make sure you folks check for long hairs sticking out around the ears (TOP), because almost every time I go there, I come home with a couple of very long hairs sticking out the top of my ears (2-3 inches), I see them when I get home after my haircuts...don't notice them because they blend in with my normal hair, but sure do after a number 2 blade on the sides.
