I brought my daughter in at 5 pm with a new onset of fever. Even though we weren't current patients and they were closing in 30 minutes, they got us in right away and assessed and treated my daughter, giving me so much peace of mind. I am so grateful for our experience and for Carrie, our care provider, and the MA Gaby. Thank you for your excellent care!!

I have had zoom visits with Vanetta Thompson several times and she has been very kind, patient and professional and has take good care of me. I plan to continue seeing her for primary care and all the staff who answers the phones have always been very efficient in their service to me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs primary care.

I loved Spectrum when they first opened in Prescott but as many other reviews say, it’s almost impossible to get an appointment anymore. Like others, I have meds that I have to see a doctor to prescribe, and I’m currently having trouble even getting on the phone to schedule an appointment so I can have those refilled. Being in Prescott, there really aren’t many other options as most offices don’t even accept new patients anymore here. I was so optimistic when Spectrum opened (I had the best experience with a doctor in my life when I had my first annual checkup with them last year) but as with all larger medical groups like this they have failed to provide decent...read full review
