Spectrum Healthcare Group is a leading provider of integrated healthcare services in Northern Arizona. Founded in 1965 as a small behavioral healthcare clinic in Cottonwood, AZ, the organization has since expanded to offer a wide range of mental and physical health services across the state, including telehealth and community-based care. Spectrum is praised for its excellent customer service, efficiency, and professional care providers. Patients have reported positive experiences, such as being seen promptly even when the clinic was closing, and receiving kind, patient, and attentive care from providers like Carrie, Vanetta Thompson, and Jessica. Have been going to Spectrum HG for a few years, always got called with lab results and referrals for tests done timely. In October had yearly exam, lab work. Never got a call with results. Made 4 phone calls and left messages asking for results and for routine tests to be ordered. To date still have not had a response. It is sad that a formerly good provider has slipped so significantly
* Update, they can no longer schedule me an in-person appointment so...time to move on. Its too bad they are loosing so many providers.
I've been coming here for quite a while. Ashley is always so kind and helpful, she's just the best. Like others have said though, customer service has significantly gone downhill, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment, I've stopped calling it's so much faster to drive to the office which is absurd.
I've been using Spectrum for the last 7+ years and it started great but now has deteriorated substantially. I had severe pain recently and could NOT get into see my Doctor - the wait was 2 months. The hold time on phone (no longer a local 928 number) makes you want to simply give up. Avoid this place - just not worth it. I have fired them.
