Prescott Design Center and Eric and Sons are amazing! We had a dark, drab, uninviting fireplace that they transformed into a showpiece! The rock work is stunning, and Eric made a live edge Cypress mantel and hearth all from the same tree. We also had them add rock to a half wall and a rock backsplash. Eric capped off the rock wall with a live edge Cypress cap. It totally transformed our home. Eric and his crew were a delight to work with, and Lucas, the foreman is top notch.

I had 6 windows replaced. I have that crumby vinyl siding that is a pain to deal with and every window had some level of water damage around it. In the end, with a little upcharge for the extra work it was about $1000 a window. They came out and did not try to upsell me and gave me just what I needed. I will have them come back and do a few more as my budget allows.

Rick provides top notch, old school customer service. His knowledge of windows, doors and construction is extensive. We started construction on a very custom log cabin in Walker. We love wood and beautiful doors. Rick expertly helped us choose a mix of real wood inside and aluminum exterior. This was the perfect choice as we wanted the best, longest lasting materials that were low maintenance. We couldn't be happier with this business. The selection process educated us and wasn't sales focused. The install was smooth, professional and clean. To top it off we had an issue with a few windows. First, Rick taught us again how they work and made adjustments on the spot. Excellent follow up service. Working with Rick is like having a friend in the business.
