I tried calling multiple times today during business hours and no one has been answering. We haven't received our shipment for the month and we rely on this for our disabled son. Shame on you.

Absolutely stay away from this company. Their office and back office is horrible. Tried to take away my infant sons medically necessary oxygen. Can’t reach anyone on the phone and the staff in office can’t do anything!

They are nearly impossible to get a hold of and never willingly call you back. It is an uphill battle to get what you need and they always acct like you are beneath them when you finally reach a human. Do not recommend using them unless you have no other choice!
