“Man Crystal is a life saver! I just adopted a long haired cat and he was matted to all heck. We didnt have an appointment set before showing uo but I knew this little man needed some help. So I took him over and they got him in asap. She shaved him down to remove the matting and she did an amazing job. She tried to save as much of his coat as possible to help keep him a little more comfortable then not. Now that he is home he is a happy little camper and loving the pets instead of hissing at me everytime I come close.
Crystal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made time for my new little man and helped him be comfortable enough to finally receive proper loving! I want you to know that it only took him 30 mins to calm down after the cut and now he is begging for all of the affection! You are an amazing human for helping him and putting up with my emotional self.
