Dr. Machuzak is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is a very friendly and empathetic doctor whose main concern is your welfare. He always takes whatever time necessary to listen to you, answer your questions, and give you the best care possible. Even more rare than a doctor that actually listens to you and addresses your concerns is one that is so personable and fun. He makes it enjoyable to go to the doctor!
Dr. Joe is an exceptional dermatologist! From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Joe is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also takes the time to listen to his patients' concerns. He provided clear explanations about my condition and the treatment options available. His approach is thorough and compassionate, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The staff is also friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant. Dr. Machuzak is one of the best doctors I've ever had. Besides being very competent and thorough, he has a great sense of humor, and a friendly, welcoming staff. After removing an apparently harmless and "normal" appearing growth, he found that I had a very rare melanoma and he could not have been more caring, concerned and kind. He seemed almost as relieved as I was when it hadn't spread and was removed with the first surgery at MD Anderson. While he's quite busy, he takes the time to connect with his patients and give them each his personal attention. I can't recommend him highly enough and will continue to recommend him to others.
