I have ordered three arrangements in recent weeks. All three were beautiful and delivered as promised. When substitution flowers were needed, I received a personal call from Aileen and her alternative suggestions were lovely. I recommend Florian 100%!
Update: Owner discovered flowers were sent to wrong address and wanted to make things right. She handled the issue with humility and integrity. I have revised my review to 5 stars. Reviews are what I look to in this day and age and unfortunately I picked the wrong flower company to order flowers this Mother's Day as this was a terrible experience for all involved on the receiving end. I hope this uncomfortable, combative situation doesn't happen to others in the event their flower order is not received.
