Sylvan and his crew did an outstanding job tearing out 1800sf of old flooring, installing new floors, and new baseboards in the customer's home. Everything they touched was done with precision and care, and the crew was a delight to have in the home, aiming to please. Sylvan and his crew are top notch. Always get a quote from the person actually doing the install. They understand how to prep the floor correctly to get the best results. We have a house with settling problems that required cement work prep. They did it all, basement, tv room and stairs, and it looks great!

It is absolutely perfect, and the whole house now looks cohesive and beautiful. And we can’t say enough about Sylvan’s crew Chris, Nick, and Arthur. Very professional and friendly…just a joy to have them work in our home. They made sure our indoor cats couldn’t escape while they went in and out the front door, they covered everything to minimize the concrete dust, and vacuumed the whole house before they left.
