One customer had a great experience getting their long curly hair cut by Natalie, who did an amazing job trimming their hair and providing education on maintaining healthy curls. Natalie was described as very nice and knowledgeable, with a cute and clean salon. Another customer was referred to Crimson Chair and, although Natalie was not available, was accommodated by Jennie on a Saturday. Jennie was described as kind and professional, doing an amazing job with the customer's cut and color, and providing excellent customer service. A third customer appreciated the nice design of the salon and had a positive experience with their perm, regretting only having a small amount of money to tip the stylist. They plan to return in the future with more money to tip appropriately. Overall, Crimson Chair provides great service in a modern setting with knowledgeable stylists.
I am visiting my student pilot and needed a haircut and beard trim. The owner got me in immediately later on a weekday. Her employees and clients were friendly. The shop is outstanding as were the haircut and beard trim.
I had a great experience having my hair cut with Natalie! I have long curly hair and she did an amazing job trimming my hair, helping it look and feel healthy again! She also educated me on ways to help keep my curls healthy and looking good. She was very nice and knowledgeable with a cute clean salon! I'd refer her to everyone!
I was referred to Crimson Chair after seeing someone's gorgeous hair and asking who did it. She raved about this salon and gave me Natalie's number. Unfortunately Natalie wasn't available on the days I needed so she graciously reached out to her other Stylist named Jennie, who was happy to accommodate me on a Saturday. Jennie was so kind and professional and did an amazing job! I'm so happy with the cut and color. She even reapplied the glaze to ensure we achieved the right color that I wanted.
