I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon but the team handled the crowd so well. Even though they had lots of customers, they didn't rush me or make me feel like I was just another appointment. My nail tech chatted with me the whole time, which made the process feel faster and more personal. She helped me pick a color that matched my skin tone and suggested a shape that really worked for my hand. I usually have a hard time deciding, so I really appreciated her advice.
