“Ruth and her crew are great. We had three rugs cleaned in June 2025. A large Chinese wool, a small Chinese wool, and a large synthetic. We had to have Ruth's team pick up and deliver our rugs because it has just become too difficult. It is well worth the price. The rugs were cleaned in 3 weeks. George delivered them and took plenty of time getting them centered on the rug pads and back in place. He helped us with the furniture placement including a glass top dining room table. The rugs look beautiful and I love knowing they are clean. They look clean and fresh. This is our second cleaning with Arizona Oriental and we will definitely use them again in the future. He was the only one that got back to me promptly, was interested in the job, and didn't have any requirements of me, like I would have to grind off the pre- existing epoxy myself before they would put on the new epoxy. One company told me this, another I called 3 times and they never showed. Mikes son did the work for us. Prompt , dedicated and very meticulous . Amazing. The job was completed in 3 days as promised.
