The Bob Stump Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is described as an incredible and amazing VA medical service. As a disabled veteran, I really appreciate the VA. They treat everyone with respect and are really working hard to keep the VA harassment free with signs posted everywhere as to what constitutes sexual harassment. Really the VA goes above and beyond, I wish every company; especially gyms were Required to do this! I love my primary care physician—she is Amazing!!!
I'm giving two stars only because this VA has a nostalgic feel, and history. But, I have just transferred here from another area, and I'm not impressed. The reason is that the asian blood draw nurse in the LAB was majorly rude! She rushed me in and rushed me through the blood draw like I was livestock. We are Veterans- we deserve respect! I'm thinking about going back to my prior VA. 🇺🇸🤝
This place is incredible. I am alive today because of it and I am doing so much better now.
The staff are all professionals and kind. I really feel respected and valued and appreciate the hard work and dedication of these good people. They helped me feel proud of my service again.
