Sleazy. They maintain a "Welcome Center" downtown to lure in tourists. Ask to use the bathroom and they tell you no public restrooms. If that's how they trick people inside, imagine how much they might deceive you in the purchase of a home!
Very welcoming group of knowledgeable associates. Happy to be part of the team of agents! Even though I work out of the Cottonwood office, the staff in Prescott has been very accommodating, providing training, etc. I feel I'm getting a good foundation for my career change.
