I really don't like this company. They use off-shore (such as India) for their customer service, making communicating horrendous. Now to top it off, they are starting to ship their supplies in plastic bags. Hello? Imagine a cpap hose, which is in its own thin plastic bag, being shoved in a larger white plastic bag with no protection from being crushed. I reported this last time, and they said they would start shipping my stuff in cardboard box like they used to. Yeah right. Supplies received today in plastic bag again. Going to report damaged items to them and call their corporate office to complain. Anyone ever try to inspect a cpap hose for cracks? Really,...read full review

I’ve spent 45 min on hold once, then tried again and was on hold for 32 min then the line finally went dead…the entire time I’m listening to ads and advisories that this call “may be monitored for training and quality purposes”! When you hear that you know you’re in trouble. I just called back and after about 10 more minutes a woman named Jackie answered but immediately hung up on me while I was saying Hello! Hello! This place has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. I will probably have to go somewhere else to get my mom’s oxygen generator repaired/replaced!
