It was 6pm on a Friday night. I was exhausted in my failed attempts to fix a main line water leak in my house. The water was off at the street but I needed to get water back up and running and I ran out of ideas, patience and energy. I called one plumber and no answer!?! I met Ted a month prior on a different matter and remembered he was a plumber so I called him. I was very pleasantly surprised when he told me he would be right over. An hour later the leak was fixed and life was back to normal. I am very grateful for his quick response, professional attention and empathy to my situation, and being able to fix it. I am pleased with Yavapai Design. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate me when they found issues beyond my original scope. I will definitely have them do future work. They take pride in their jobs. I cannot put a price on excellent service. Saves money in the long run.

Ted did an A+ job. I like to talk so he is also a great conversationalist...lol. I posted my experience on my FB page w/pic because I got a new water heater & home filtering system. Ted worked all day 9/29/18 putting these two items in. Thank you
