Great customer service! Stopped in to just exchange a bottle and from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, one of the guys working outside moving bottles was extremely friendly, exchanged my bottle and had it ready to go before I even walked in the door to pay. Then as I was walking around looking, he came in and asked if I needed any more help. He answered a ton of questions I had on the difference between a couple different models of welding machines. He cleared up some questions I had from my own research online and helped me decide on the exact machine I was looking for and what fit me best. Just a very genuinely nice guy who enjoyed what he did. That kind of customer service is hard to come by nowadays. I won’t be going anywhere else now. Thank you guys!

I went in for the first time last week or so at the McDowell location. I had the beat customer service they got me all loaded up quickly and answered any questions I had! Will continue to do business with them!
