In a day when Microsoft, Canon, and the biggest sellers of digital productivity hardware avoid their customers as one would the bubonic plague, Tuff Techies (TT or "Tuff") has reduced my loathing of technology down to its lowest point in decades. Tuff techies are not only competent in all areas wherein my company, Macht Communications, Inc. needed them, (1) Network issues, (2) Printer hardware solutions, (3) Information migration, but each of them has proven AVAILABLE. The hourly rates are competitive with other local support agents--actually, a bit lower. Jeremy was great at setting up my new printer. He was patient, knew exactly what he was doing, answered my questions about both the printer and my computer. Reasonable and punctual. I will definitely be using Tuff Techies again!
