this was my 4th time using TT for phone & TV issues. they are the best tech service in the Quad Cities area, knowledgeable, professional & friendly techs focused on customer service with fair pricing.
These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. My laptop was ready when they said it would be. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Prescott area needing work on their computer.
In a day when Microsoft, Canon, and the biggest sellers of digital productivity hardware avoid their customers as one would the bubonic plague, Tuff Techies (TT or "Tuff") has reduced my loathing of technology down to its lowest point in decades. Tuff techies are not only competent in all areas wherein my company, Macht Communications, Inc. needed them, (1) Network issues, (2) Printer hardware solutions, (3) Information migration, but each of them has proven AVAILABLE. The hourly rates are competitive with other local support agents--actually, a bit lower.
