Thanks to Roxanne, Kimberly and Vicky Jo for their excellent support and kindness. Each of them went above and beyond to help me. Now that I have experienced the quality of care they provide, I would not consider going anywhere else for care.
As a caregiver, I am impressed with how well I am treated as an employee, as well as how well our clients are cared for! If you are a caregiver, Synergy will appreciate you and assist you in your career goals. They are attentive to your scheduling needs as well. I can't say enough positive about Synergy, and I've worked for a few other agencies, so I can make a comparison!
Anyone that is looking for a great company to come work for and take care of others, Synergy of Prescott Valley is where it's at. Each staff member is polite as well there to help you. They will work with you on what you want as well as compatibility. I came to work for them three years ago and I don't plan on leaving for a long time. If you are looking for friendliness and a team player organization come to them. You will not be sorry, it's very rewarding to know an employer is focused not only their clients but employees as well.
