Had Chris come. Couldn't open my front door. He replaced the tumbler. Very hard working guy.

Scheduled an appointment to get my safe open. Day of the appointment received a call, he advised to change my batteries. They could have come out charged me, but instead he saved me the time and money and knew what the issue was. Great service!! Thanks!

What an absolutely wonderful experience. Norms Lock and Safe were such a pleasure to work with. Especially after having an unfortunately bad experience with a different locksmith company.
Norms was able to remedy our issues quickly and efficiently. They were able to complete the job from start to finish within 7 days when the other company had been unsuccessful for over 45days.
