James at Norm's Lock and Safe was great to work with. I needed to schedule a last minute re-key for our new home. James scheduled me the following day in the afternoon. He sensed my disappointment when I mentioned I preferred earlier. I realized it was a last minute request and was grateful for my initial appt time. James called me the next morning and was able to move my appt to first thing. The technician, Chris, was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Norm's to anyone looking for a locksmith.

I called on a Friday and Chris came to my home by Wednesday. Chris is professional, friendly and showed me exactly what he was doing. The rekey process was quick and easy. For the price I received 4 keys which was a great deal. Thank you for making my home safe again!
