I agree with all of the good reviews about the quality of this salon. However, like another reviewer, I've been told a few times that they are booked out too far to make an appointment, but I'd be called when something opens up, never receiving a call. I just figure this is their way of curating their clientele. A more straight forward response would be helpful.
