With our first heavy monsoon rains on July 2, I was disheartened to discover that water was leaking down the outside of the flue of my tankless water heater. I want to give a very big thumbs up and shout out to Bradshaw Mountain Roofing, Inc. Philip arranged for Ivan and Estaban to come out to fix the flashing and sealing of that flue the very next day. While they were up on the roof, and unasked for but very much appreciated, they checked and resealed a number of other places where vent pipes etc. came through the roof.
