5 Stars – Thank You, Viola! You're amazing! We had such a wonderful experience getting our 6-year-old daughter's ears pierced with Viola. Our daughter is usually pretty nervous in new situations and typically has a low pain tolerance, so we weren’t sure how it would go — but Viola was incredible from start to finish. She took her time walking through every step of the process in a calm, reassuring way that made our daughter feel safe and comfortable. Viola explained everything clearly — not just the piercing itself, but also the cleanliness and aftercare expectations. She patiently answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. Everything was spotless and professional, and Viola truly tailored the experience to a young child. What could have been a scary moment turned into something fun, positive, and empowering — all thanks to her. Our daughter left absolutely beaming, and we left feeling so grateful.
