I can’t say enough about the exceptional care we received. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel welcomed and reassured. Everyone—from the front desk team to the veterinary technicians and the doctor—treated my cat with such genuine kindness and patience.
What really stood out was how thorough and attentive the veterinarian was. They took the time to explain every step of the exam, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure my cat stayed calm and comfortable throughout the visit.
Highly recommend Blue Ridge to any pet parent who wants compassionate, professional, and outstanding veterinary care.
The staff at blue ridge pet clinic were kind and compassionate. They acted professionally and promptly to help my Lucy girl. They are a God send for a town with limited access to emergency pet services. Thank you to the entire team!
They were so kind and compassionate! I was terrified something horrible was going on with my dog Dakota and thank God the vet (cannot recall his name) made me feel secure about what he needed to do. Dakota is not doing well with the cone but with my help she ate very well this am!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
