Fred and Johnnie Mae and their daughter Katie are an incredible team. They'll drop everything to keep valuable water from being wasted or misdirected. We spend a lot of time at our cabin, but the biggest thing most of our vacationing neighbors call them for is spring blowouts. Last year we got 105 inches of snow (I know right, it's Arizona but we're at 6,000 ft so we get hit hard). Fred and Johnnie Mae have helped us fixing frozen outdoor spigots, replace a water heater and reroute waterlines for a washing machine we relocated. We're getting ready to reno our kitchen and move things around as well as finally get a dishwasher and a waterline for a new fridge - we won't do anything before consulting with these experts to make the total remodel go as smoothly as possible! I never thought I would be stunned by a septic repair, but I was. Travis and his office staff were responsive and kept us apprised of scheduling. We had delays, both on my end and theirs, but the constant contact kept this from being an issue. My real surprise came when the job was complete. I would be remiss if I did not state here that the repairs were made as promised because they were. What was shocking is Travis and his crew being dedicated to the promise of leaving the property in the same condition they found it. This was actually not true; the property was left in better condition than they found it. I still do not know how they accomplished everything they did. Travis did not do anything in a vacuum though. He called and discussed with me his thoughts before changing a thing. Spending money on septic is, unfortunately, a necessary evil and one I was dreading. Getting the finished result we did, however, took the sting out of it.
