I had taken my phone to have the screen repaired. Upon dropping it off for repairs, I was told that it would take about 30 minutes. I walked around the Mercado with my wife for a while and about 40 minutes later, returned. They then said it would take about another 15 minutes. After walking around for another 20-25 minutes, they said, yet again, another 15 minutes. When I FINALLY got my phone, the back of it looked like a 9 year old had tried to super glue it back on. This business is highly professional and very accommodating for individuals needs. My phone broke and it was completely damaged. Francisco helped me out with an amazing deal and got my repair done quickly and it was like brand new. I had no problems afterwards. I 10 out of 10 reccomend this business for anyone who wants to save money and get their repair done fast, but efficiently. This is the only place I take my devices to.

I do not recommend this place at all. We called & asked how much it was to replace an iPhone 7 screen, they told us $120 on the phone, and when we got there they said $130. We told them what the person on the phone said, and they said "I guess we can do it for that price." We got the screen fixed but left the plastic sticker cover on until we got a screen protector. When we took the sticker off, there was a scratch on the screen! We called and they said we could come back in. We came back in, they were out of the 7 screens. So we came back AGAIN, got a new screen, and then we realized the proximity sensor was messed up! We went back again, they fixed that, and we thought we were in the clear, until the phone wasn't able to take videos properly on Snapchat or Instagram. We went back, and the young guy said he was busy so it'll take an hour or so. We came back from dinner & he hadn't even started it yet. In fact, I don't even think he looked at it, just said he didn't know what the problem was. We left cause we were tired of being there, but went back a few days later. The same young guy said he'll switch the screen out for us, and again he didn't start on the phone until we arrived back after the time he said it'd take. The screen was doing the same glitchy thing, and the proximity sensor was messed up AGAIN. So he had to fix it again. All of this happened over a course of 2 weeks and we're so tired of driving back there. The screen is still glitchy, they even admitted their screens aren't very good. At this point, a refund is more than understandable. Never going back.
