We had a little mixup on getting a couple of blinds repaired. Ray the owner came out himself on a Saturday morning to install them. Very appreciative of your service Ray and definitely a business owner that stands behind his service.
I reached out to Wisely blinds to fix few shutter blades and some vertical blinds. Unfortunately the blades ordered were damaged and had to place multiple orders to get the undamaged items and hence the job got delayed more than expected. Roy took the full responsibility even though it was not because of him the job got delayed. He even offered the service free of charge which i didnt agree?. If there is any help needed with shutters or blinds in future, Wisely blinds will be my first choice.
What an excellent company. We had a particularly difficult problem with a skylight shade. Roy stuck with it until the problem was solved. Nikki provides excellent customer service support.
