I had been in this office for more than 10 yrs & went for lots of services when Dr. Nilo was still alive .
Since Xavier is fully managing the place I don’t see any difference!!
I come to this office for my skin care supplies, I do Botox & filler 1-2x/year??
Medical personnel who does this services I’m satisfied as I was with Dr. Nillo.
Location is convenient w/ me, place is clean but most Xavier had excellent customer service & all the team ?????
For more than 10 yrs visiting them no issues!

Dr Rossi's patients are sooo lucky to have him! I have been getting Botox for years and never have I received the education on what exactly it is and the history of it. He was the most personable doctor I have ever met. We happenstanced on a personal medical situation I'm going through, and his level of compassion was so comforting. If you are lucky enough to live in PHX and need a medspa, Willo should be your choice. Xavier was very welcoming and helpful as well. Thank you both for everything!
Highly recommend this excellent clinic! Dr. Nello is so informative and highly attentive! This is definitely my new place in Phoenix for all of my skin needs! Comfortable environment makes you feel right at home. Cute midcentury building with plenty of parking in a small medical focused area of buildings.
