Excellent gym, Bootcamp trailering excellent, great trainers that know what they are doing. They are great motivators and the class always has very positive vibes. Josh and Erik are fantastic!

Absolutely recommend them. I was a beginner and they help you overcome and get stronger. I saw improvement in my physical and mental strength. Josh is an amazing trainer and makes working out fun. Erik is an amazing trainer too! His breathing routine after workouts has taught me to love meditation. I can actually say I enjoy working out now because I’m no longer afraid to push myself.One of the best things I did this year was join their fitness family.P.s the recovery center they have is great!

I love these gym classes and the recovery room. Josh, Erik, and Jaid are all incredibly supportive, genuine and care about helping you achieve your health and longevity goals. Highly recommend.

We are world-class group fitness and semi-private training gym that focuses on functional movements that fortify the body; building strength and cardio resilience. We are far more than just a gym though, we are a Wholeistic approach to lifestyle and community. We have integrated a recovery center that has a dry sauna heated to 185*F+, an ice bath, and 3 red-light therapy booths. Open to members and the public. We have yoga classes every week, open to members and the public. Each member will also get nutrition coaching that fits their goals and values. All of this combined with accountability from our coaches, each member will have a one-on-one bi-weekly meeting with one of our staff to make sure we are helping you reach your goals.

Tuesday: 5AM - 7PM
Wednesday: 5AM - 9:30PM
Thursday: 5AM - 7:30PM
Friday: 5AM - 7PM
Saturday: 6:30AM - 7:30PM
Sunday: 6:30AM - 6PM
