I was on a weekend hike with friends and lost my car keys and was miles away from home until I found this mobile service. They pulled into the trailhead parking lot, securely checked my ownership paperwork, and activated a fresh new proximity fob without any difficulty.
Their professionalism was quite impressive. The technician showed up in a clearly identified business car, explained everything, gave me a firm quote before starting, and finished the job quickly.
I had a great experience with West Phoenix Locksmith. Mordy came out the same day and made a new key for my BMW X3 quickly and professionally. He was very transparent about the pricing from the start, so there were no surprises. The whole process was smooth, and the key worked perfectly. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, and I really appreciated the clear communication and fast response. I highly recommend West Phoenix Locksmith and will definitely use them again if I ever need a locksmith.
