I have multiple xbox controllers and they all failed at the same time! LB and stick drift were the main issues. Two other places said it was impossible to fix. We Fix You Play assessed the problems, showed me replacement hardware with multiple options (!) for repair. They communicated clearly about the time needed and the cost. They even give a 90 day warranty for their work. I now have working controllers at a far more reasonable price than buying new. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I will be bringing all my electronic needs here in the future.
