This was a really unique find. My friends and I all had watzu water therapy, time in the hot tub/hydro therapy, and a massage. The environment is very friendly and had a familial atmosphere.

Amazing, amazing experience! Got to meet Emma who astounded me with her water-chi therapy. Having a martial arts background, it was refreshing to experience the grace with which she performed her technique. I was absolutely relaxed and cradled, which was quite therapeutic considering I had a shoulder injury. Her body work on the table was also deeply therapeutic. She's got a ton of modalities and wisdom to offer. Definitely my go-to masseuse when I visit Phoenix. Thank you! :-)

My therapist worked and coached me into deep relaxation slowly stretching me in the very warm water. I was a little apprehensive at first but have to admit it was an amazing experience. After a half an hour in the water it was time for my massage.... read full review
