I had a great experience with WTT. They replaced my water softener and installed my RO filter with a great price and service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend them.
Had good repair service. Was able to quickly respond ro water softner emergency situation and problem was identified and fixedcquickly. Service person, Roberto, was helpful and answered all my questions.
Would be five star except that when I bought unit 9 years ago, I was not informed that as unit ages, they are subseptable to the unit failing to shut off after going through the softening cycle resulting in water usage not being cutoff
Technician recommended repairing versus replacing and took care of it in short order. When a different firm,just stays before, said it needed to be replaced at a pretty high price tag.How refreshing, an honest and reputable firm! would encourage you to use their services.
