I went for my yearly exam and Ryan Blando was a new friendly face. This made me so happy since a few past experiences with a few other employees were not as pleasant. Ryan was very understanding and listened to my concerns. I walked away feeling very happy and a recurring satisfied customer!
My experience was great! Jonathan was the associate who assisted with my daughters glasses today. Very friendly,helpful,knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my daughters glasses were adjusted and comfortable for them to wear. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to visit this location!
Great customer service! Techs are always helpful. Went in thinking I had to return my second pair of glasses, but met with John and Ana and they were able to custom fit my glasses! Thank you for saving me the trouble, and I appreciate the extra step they took to make sure I was taken care of. You’re never fully dressed without a smile, and glasses add that extra touch. Left with a big smile and confidence.
