Contrary to other reviews my experience has been fine with Walmart auto. Oil change was on sale $60 something maybe $74 out the door full synthetic. The Lexus uses more like a 6 cylinder truck type amount of oil. It was a long time like 2 hours but otherwise fine. You better go there in person - one thing to note is that they do not regard phonecalls as a priority it seems. No issues though so I suppose oh well.
2nd stop: decent customer service. Purchased the “discount” tire option which was the online buy and on-site install. You buy 4 tires online (I went with Armstrong cheap ones) and they install for you on-site a couple days later. 4 tires... read full review

Walmart is usually hit and miss and today it was a miss. This location is the biggest Walmart in the valley and the third largest Walmart in the united states. The christown community has changed over the years and has become very diverse and unfortunately brought in bad elements and the store has suffered because of it. Which is the main reason why they have poor retention when it comes to employees and the auto care center is no exception. There are plenty of people that work there that are great and awesome and today I had a great experience with some of their employees unfortunately due to liability issues and lack of proper tools and resources Walmart will not go... read full review

I bought the same brand Kumho. The last one were great, really. Platinum All Season. I will tell you this. If the auto center is installing the tires you’re purchasing, park, check in first, then get in line. It’s all about checking in with auto-center people. I had all four tires installed at this auto center. It was complete sooner than expected.(7am-in-9:07am-out) Despite not checking properly. Thank you Very much Auto-center!!!
Note: beware with good intentions you may received the wrong directions from Walmart employees, who do not work in the auto-center.
