Went to the barbershop this morning. I walked out feeling a bit embarrassed with myself 😳 I started having a bad anxiety attack while getting my haircut. The owner and his wife who was cutting my hair noticed. But she was patient with me, asking if I was okay and if I needed to stop or drink water or whatever I needed to do to try and relax and come down from it. I managed to get through my haircut though. I'm not sure what triggered my anxiety. Maybe because I worked last night and was tired and hadn't slept yet. Although I felt embarrassed, the owner and his wife were kind and understanding. They made me feel a little at ease which was awesome of them. Still walked out with a great haircut 👌 Definitely recommend this place!
