Thank you to Alaina who explained products and showed my Mother and I some HD magnifiers that could help her with reading. She also repaired and adjusted mom's reading glasses at no charge. Alaina's kindness and empathy made the visit a very positive experience.

Wonderful experience with my father. Dr Lad provided excellent advice on simple measures to improve his reading as well as Rx for reading glasses. He also purchased a lighted magnifying glass which he used to read the mail as soon as we got home and remarked, "Oh this is wonderful!" She shared with him and us what he actually can see to make better decisions regarding safety in the home and driving. Thank you Dr Lad!

This was my first appt and I will admit to being anxious. I had the best experience from the front desk to the back office and my doctor. They were very patient, kind and understanding. They gave me time for questions and told me to call back anytime with any more questions. It was so nice to have options and suggestions. I will be going back.
