I had gotten new glasses and still not seeing good. My PCP doctor (Dr, Chopra) recommended that I go here. Had Dr. Stock and he did test and said that I had the start of Cataracts. I had my left eye done and going to have right eye done in January. All of the people in the office and surgical team were great and all got along very well together. Very pleased with both doctors Dr. Stock and Dr. Kalina. In my time they were the Marcus Welbys of Doctors. Great bed side or in this case chair side manners and personality. This is very important to me to feel comfortable with the doctors. Thank You All very much, Cathy Fitzgerald

Dr Cassidy and his staff are wonderful. I developed cataracts in both my eyes and went to Dr Cassidy on the recommendation of my family Dr. From the first appointment to the last I found them to be kind, considerate, informative and professional. I had either no wait or minimal wait times for all appointments. Dr. Cassidy was pleasant and always asked if I had questions at the end of each examination.

I've been a regular patient here since 2009 and normally have had good experiences. The exams are lengthy but thorough and I like Dr. Kalina. It's the front desk staff I have an issue with. I had an appointment on October 19th at 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm and signed in. No one greeted me or gave me the paperwork to fill out until 3:20 pm when I went back up to the counter to see if I was being processed. Other people came into the office and were waited on, but not me. When I questioned why, I was told the other patients spoke Spanish and they were being waited on by Spanish speaking staff. Their appointment time was also at 3:00 pm. So didn't anyone else speak English in the office? I finally got back with a technician at 3:55 and felt I was being rushed through the process. There was a 5 minute refraction, dilating of the pupils and checking the eye pressure. Usually there are additional tests given (checking if you see colors correctly and field of vision). The refraction took much longer the last time it was done. The lady technician also couldn't keep straight which of my eyes was for distance (I told her 3 times!). While I commend the office for being bi-lingual, they really need to handle all patients the same - first come, first served if the appointment times are all the same.
